Mahindra Plans 16 New SUVs Across Petrol, Diesel and Electric Segments
Mahindra Upcoming SUVs: Mahindra is expected to launch production models of the Vision S, Vision T, and Vision SXT.
The company has ambitious plans ahead. According to its estimates, Mahindra will introduce 16 models of new-generation SUVs in various segments by 2031. Out of the 16 SUV models, there will be 10 gas and diesel cars, and six will be electric vehicles. Among the 16 models, some will be completely new products, while others will be upgraded versions of existing models.
From 2024 to 2026, Mahindra introduced five models of ICE SUVs: XUV 3XO, Thar Roxx, Bolero Facelift, Bolero Neo Facelift, and XUV 7XO. As for the electrification process, the firm launched BE6, XEV 9e, XEV 9S, and XUV 3XO EV.
Mahindra's next phase of expansion will be primarily based on the NU_IQ platform. This platform was unveiled last year and showcased four concept models: the Vision S, Vision T, Vision X, and Vision SXT.
