Adani Group Forms New AACL Global IFSC Subsidiary to Strengthen Global Treasury Operations
Adani Enterprises Limited has formed a new subsidiary, 'AACL Global IFSC Limited'. This company will manage the global treasury and financial operations for the Adani Group's airport business.
Only four days have passed since the renowned Indian billionaire Gautam Adani established yet another wholly-owned subsidiary in the name of Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL). Now, Gautam Adani seems once more to stir the world of Indian aviation.
The flagship company of the Adani Group, Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL), states that a new subsidiary is going to be formed for expanding their scope of operations. It is the second company formation announcement in just four days by the Adani Group. In a press note to stock exchanges like BSE and NSE, the group states that the company is known as 'AACL Global IFSC Limited' (AACL Global).
Adani Airport City Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, incorporated a new company named 'AACL Global' on July 15, 2026. The company received its Certificate of Incorporation on August 7, 2026, and the information was made public on August 8, 2026.
