Ather 450S HR e-scooter will be launched with big battery, know details

Ather Energy is preparing to launch a new scooter with a bigger battery pack. Ather launched its affordable electric scooter Ather 450 S last month. Now in the coming time, Ather 540s HR may come with a bigger battery pack. However, no official information has come from the company.

The whole idea behind the change in the Ather electric scooter line-up was to try to make the scooters more affordable after the big cut in FAME 2 subsidies earlier this year. Ather's solution was to offer its existing 450X with a choice of a 3.7kWh battery pack or a smaller 2.9kWh pack.

If media reports are to be believed, it has been said in a document that Ather is ready to introduce a new electric scooter in its lineup. It is being speculated that the company is working on a high-range electric scooter.

Ather 450 S is an entry-level electric scooter, it has a 2.9 kWh battery pack. So that customers can buy Ather electric scooter at the right price.

The Ather 450S electric scooter retains Ather's signature design, with a curvy front cowl, LED headlamp, and sleek LED taillight, just like its brother Ather 450X.

To make it more affordable than the Ather 450x, its digital speedometer has been made slightly different. A Touchscreen display is not available in Ather 450 S. To operate the instrument cluster, a joystick is provided below the buttons, through which you can control the instrument cluster.

The Ather 450 S is equipped with a 2.9 kWh battery pack, which generates 7.24 bhp and 22 Nm of peak torque. This electric scooter is capable of giving 115 km range on a single charge. Whereas if you drive only in Eco mode then you will get a real range of 90 km.
