The upcoming Aprilia Tuono 457 has been developed on the platform of the Aprilia RS 457. It uses a 457 cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin cylinder engine. The engine installed in it generates 47.6 PS of power at 9,400 rpm and a peak torque of 43.5 Nm at 6,700 rpm. Its engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox with slip-and-assist clutch and a bi-directional quick-shifter.
It has many great features that make it a great bike. It can be connected to a smartphone via Bluetooth. For this, it has a 5-inch TFT instrument console. The Tuono comes fitted with a ride-by-wire throttle and three ride modes - Eco, Sport, and Rain. The motorcycle also gets three levels of traction control, which you can also turn off manually.

The Tuono 457 underpinning features an underpinning of the twin-spar aluminum frame naked bike, featuring at the front 41mm inverted forks with 120mm wheel travel and pre-load adjustable rear mono shock suspension with 130mm of wheel travel. Braking comes from 320mm front and 220mm rear discs, with both these upfront featuring radially-mounted Bybre calipers, while the dual-channel ABS has been given in it. Alloy wheels in 17-inch diameters have been used on this bike, with 110-section tyres on the front and 150-section at the rear.
We expect the Aprilia Tuono 457 to be showcased at the India Mobility Global Expo 2025. At the same time, talking about its launch, it can be launched in India soon. The price of this bike in India is likely to be around Rs 4 lakh. In the Indian market, it will compete with other powerful sub-450cc naked bikes including the KTM 390 Duke and the Yamaha MT-03.
