2025 MG Astor: JSW MG Motor India has launched the 2025 MG Astor SUV in the Indian market. In this version, the variant lineup of the vehicle has been rearranged. So that more premium features can be made available at an affordable price.
JSW MG Motor India has launched the 2025 MG Astor SUV in the Indian market. The SUV is now available from around Rs 10 lakh (ex-showroom) and is also renamed as "Blockbuster SUV". No change has been made to the engine of the car in this version, but the list of its variants has been rearranged. So that premium features can be provided at a low price.
This time the company has removed the 1.3-litre turbocharged petrol engine. The MG Astor is now available only with a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine. This engine produces 109 bhp of power and 144 Nm of torque. This engine is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission or an 8-speed CVT automatic transmission option.
MG claims that the 2025 Astor has become the only SUV in its segment to offer a panoramic sunroof at a starting price of less than Rs 13 lakh (ex-showroom), and it is available in the Shine variant. Apart from this, now the Select variant has been given six airbags and ivory leather seats, making it even more safe and attractive.
