11th February 2023: It is exam season and the countdown for the CBSE Class X exams is on with the exams slated to start on February 15. As the exams draw closer, stress and anxiety are major concerns for students. An NCERT survey states a whopping 80% of students in Classes 9-12 suffer from anxiety owing to exams and results.
Performance anxiety often impacts preparation. To help improve preparation and reduce exam-related anxiety, Jodhpur Headquartered Utkarsh classes is conducting a workshop and crash courses for Class X students. The workshop will be held online and offline at Utkarsh Classes Jodhpur centre from 3 pm on February 12. The workshop will include sessions on beating stress and anxiety and tips and tricks for tackling exams successfully.
Since its inception in 2002, Utkarsh classes have focused on offering affordable and quality education to all. Talking about the workshop, Nirmal Gehlot, Founder and CEO, of Utkarsh Classes said, “For aspirants, anxiety and stress often pull down performances.
