The National Testing Agency (NTA) has delivered a critical piece of relief for 49 Ayush postgraduate aspirants whose examination attempt was disrupted last week. On Saturday, the agency officially announced the release of admit cards for candidates eligible to appear in the re-examination of the All India Ayush Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET), scheduled to be held in Jaipur on September 1. For those affected, it is the second chance they've been anxiously waiting for.

What Went Wrong on August 22

The disruption unfolded during the AIAPGET conducted on August 22. In an earlier message on X, the NTA said, "The AIAPGET examination was conducted for 36,979 registered candidates in Shift-I on 22 August 2026, in which 35,837 candidates appeared at 200 centres across the country. The examination was completed for 35,788 candidates."
