Sangh said on electoral bonds - this is an experiment, time will tell how effective it will be, read what Dattatreya Hosabale said
When asked what is the definition of minority for the Union, Dattatreya Hosabale said, this principle is given in the Constitution. We all need to reconsider this because this country belongs to everyone and the practice of labeling any community a minority is decades old.

Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh's government chief Dattatreya Hosabale said on Sunday that electoral bonds are an experiment. He said that time would tell how beneficial and effective it was. On concerns being raised on the issue of electoral bonds that these were bought to gain profits, Hosabale said it was brought in with checks and balances. It is not that electoral bonds have been suddenly introduced today, such a scheme was introduced earlier also. Whenever a change is introduced, questions are raised. Questions were also raised when EVMs (Electronic Voting Machines) were introduced. The headquarters of Sarkaryavah Hosabale will now be in Delhi. Earlier he used to conduct Sangh programs from Lucknow.
In response to a question about the Union's definition of a minority, Hosabale stated that the Constitution contains this definition. This is something that all of us need to reevaluate because this is a country that belongs to all of us and it has been decades since any group has been called a minority. Those who are classified as Hindus under the Hindu Code Bill or who are traditionally called Hindus are organised by the Sangh. Regarding the designation of Christians and Muslims as minorities, Hosabale stated that the RSS has continuously opposed minority politics.
The Sangh's Sarkaryavah, Dattatreya Hosabale, hails from Shivamogga in Karnataka and was re-elected. In 1973, he made contact with RSS. He graduated from Bangalore University with an MA in English. He was the national minister and co-organization minister of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad. In 2009, he was appointed to the post of Sah Sarkaryavah in the Sangh. Then in 2021, he was appointed the new Sarkaryavah of RSS.
