The time post the gold at the 2022 Commonwealth Games has not been easy for Sindhu. Injury concerns kept her from finding rhythm upon return and an early exit in 2023 pushed her ranking outside the top-10 for the first time since 2016.
Moreover, Sindhu lost the chance to win her third consecutive Olympic medal due to a pre-quarterfinal loss at the Paris Olympics. Now she is entering the field with a fresh start and new dreams.
