LinkedIn will soon launch a new feature that allows you to watch videos, just like on YouTube and Instagram

LinkedIn is used by working professionals. This Microsoft-owned platform has millions of users in India. It is being said that LinkedIn is working on a short video feature for its users.

This feature will make it competitive with well-known apps like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Increasing the number of users on the platform is the company's goal in undertaking this.

According to a company representative, the purpose of this feature is to provide platform users with videos showcasing their work. According to the report, a new feature that shows related videos on LinkedIn is currently undergoing testing. To assist in finding pertinent videos, new techniques are being tested.

Regarding this feature, not much information has been made public. However, an unofficial look can be seen in a demo that was posted online. Like Instagram Reels and TikTok, the app has a feed of brief videos and a new "Videos" button.

The report says that LinkedIn is working to attract content creators and they have a special team and planning to help new creators grow. But unlike TikTok and Instagram, LinkedIn users do not have millions of followers. Therefore, the lesser following of LinkedIn creators compared to TikTok stars is a challenge for the platform.

Apart from this, It can be said that even after the introduction of this feature, the path of LinkedIn will not be easy.
