Kiren Rijiju called Hemant Soren a 'spoiled son', wrote - No right to loot public money

The ED has detained Hemant Soren, the leader of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, in connection with the land scam. Soren posted on social media before his arrest with the words, "I will not give up and will not compromise." Union Minister Kiren Rijiju retaliated against Hemant Soren's post. He wrote that Hemant Soren is not entitled to embezzle public funds because he is a tribal member and called him a spoilt son.

In a post on social media, Kiren Rijiju wrote that 'I am also a tribal and come from a more backward tribal area. I laugh at your statement. If Shibu Soren ji had said this, I would have accepted it, but these things do not suit you. Well, being a tribal does not give you a license to loot public money. Earlier, Hemant Soren had written on social media that 'This is a gap, life is a struggle. I will fight and keep fighting every moment, but whether I win or lose, I will not compromise. I will not accept defeat.

In the land scam case, the Enforcement Directorate team reached the official residence of Hemant Soren at around 10.30 am on Wednesday. ED interrogated Hemant Soren for several hours. After several hours of interrogation, Hemant Soren was arrested on Wednesday night. Before his arrest, Hemant Soren went to Raj Bhavan on Wednesday night and submitted his resignation to the Governor. Jharkhand Mukti Morcha has elected Champai Soren as the leader of the legislative party and Champai Soren had staked a claim to form the government on Wednesday night itself. However, the Governor has not yet invited him to form the government. Angered by Soren's arrest, tribal organizations have announced a Jharkhand bandh on Thursday.
