DHS official revealed that 1100 illegal Indian immigrants were sent back to India

The DHS recently announced at a news conference that the US Home Authorities had deported a group of Indian people who were illegally in the country.
DHS is also in touch with other countries for safely returning their citizens staying illegally. This step has been done with the motives of reducing illegal migration and shifting to safe and legal pathways. In the past one year, DHS has deported citizens of various countries involving Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Egypt, Mauritania, Senegal, Uzbekistan, China, and India.
US DHS Assistant Secretary for Border and Immigration Policy Royce Murray responded to a question about these departments. He said that about 1,100 Indian nationals were deported during the US fiscal year 2023-24, which ended on September 30.
Speaking of the charter flight on October 22, the DHS said, "There were no minors on that flight. They could have been adult men and women. For instance, in the fiscal year 2024, DHS removed or repatriated more than 160,000 aliens and conducted over 495 international repatriation flights to more than 145 countries, including India.
It has said that it works with foreign governments to return people from other countries who do not have a legal basis to remain in the United States.
