World Cancer Day: BYJU’S Volunteers Bring Awareness Through A 5K Walkathon

A yoga and gymnastics performance by talented young performers was the highlight of an inspiring day, which emphasized the importance of staying active at any age. Speeches by medical practitioners inspired all who attended and raised awareness about the importance of early detection and healthy living. By educating the public on the importance of early detection, this campaign empowers people to take charge of their health and seek out information about how they can reduce their risk of cancer. With more than 1000 people participating, the 5K walkathon was a clear demonstration of community strength and people coming together for change. The walk started in Sparsh Hospital, took participants through the streets of Rajarajeshwari Nagar, and then culminated in a celebration—a triumph for health and hope.
