The Audi Q7 facelift is going to launch in India on November 28. Booking has been started even before its launch. Audi India has initiated the booking process via its MyAudi Connect app or online portal. Customers may book a facelift for their Audi Q7 for Rs 2 lakh. Speaking about the exterior, the second facelift of the Audi Q7 was given in January 2024, together with some changes to the outside. It received the LED headlights from the all-electric Audi Q6-e-tron. For the newly designed daytime running lights in the new Audi Q7 facelift, laser diodes have been used. It has four different light signatures. Which can be selected through the infotainment system. Meanwhile, OLED tail lights can also feature four light signatures.
Upfront, the front grille is redesigned to feature a thick chrome surround with a hexagonal pattern. Further, new design alloy wheel options are available in sizes ranging from 20 to 22 inches. Colors on offer include Sakhir Gold, Waitomo Blue, Mythos Black, Samurai Gray, and Glacier White.
Coming to Interior, the new Audi Q7 facelift has been given two new trim finishes - Cedar Brown and Saiga Beige with contrasting gray leather. Its infotainment system has been improved. Passengers can stream music from apps like Spotify and Amazon Music. The virtual cockpit features have also been upgraded with a lane-change warning system in the new Audi. No other changes can be seen in its other safety features.
As far as the engine is concerned, no mechanical changes have been made to it. It has a 3.0-liter turbo-petrol V6 engine. The engine develops 340hp of power and 500Nm of torque. Simultaneously, it gets a 4-speed automatic Audi Quattro all-wheel-drive system that sends power to all the wheels. The firm is claiming that the new Audi sprints from 0-100kph in 5.6 seconds. Its top speed is 250 kph.
Coming to the price, the new facelift of Audi Q7 might have a higher price than the existing model. While the present ex-showroom price of Audi Q7 ranges between Rs 88.66 lakh and Rs 97.84 lakh, in the Indian market, it will be placed against BMW X5 at a price between Rs 97 lakh-99 lakh, Mercedes GLE at Rs 97.85 lakh and Volvo XC90 at Rs 1.01 crore.
