A startup in China has created a battery which it claims can be used to generate electricity for 50 years without any charging. This battery has been developed by Beijing-based Betavolt. Let us know about this news.

According to a report, 63 isotopes have been compressed into a module no bigger than a coin using a nuclear battery. The battery's manufacturer asserts that it is the first in history to successfully achieve nuclear energy miniaturisation.

According to the company, their produced battery energy batteries can power various devices such as mini drones, micro-robots, AI equipment, medical equipment, microprocessors, and smart sensors. To make it even more efficient, work is being done.

This battery is 15 x 15 x 5 millimetres in size. Futurism claims that it is a nuclear isotope with a power output of 100 microwatts at 3 volts.

Not only this, it has also been said in the report that the company has already been testing its next-generation battery for a long time. It will be used on a large scale for commercial applications like phones and drones.
