9 NBFCs surrendered their Certificate of Registration, RBI gave information
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) said that 9 non-government financial institutions (NBFCs) of the country have surrendered their Certificate of Registration. Ujjivan Financial Services is also included in this list. All NBFCs have taken this step for some reason or the other. RBI told why the NBFCs have taken this decision.
The Reserve Bank of India said in its notification that 9 NBFCs of the country have surrendered their Certificate of Registration. Ujjivan Financial Services is also included in these NBFCs. These NBFCs have also surrendered their Certificate of Registration, the central bank said.
Five of these non-financial institutions have surrendered their CoR, according to a notification issued by the central bank. All of these institutions have exited the business of non-banking financial institutions. These NBFCs are Wigfin Holdings, Strip Commodity, Allium Finance, Eternite Finvest, and Fino Finance.
According to RBI, three NBFCs include Allegro Holdings, Temple Trees Impex & Investment, and Hem Financial Services. All these NBFCs have surrendered the certificate after fulfilling the prescribed criteria. Now, they do not need registration.
