A SpiceJet plane took off for Mumbai from Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA). Two women sitting in the plane suddenly started fighting even before taking off from the runway. The fight between the two escalated to such an extent that the pilot had to take the plane back.

This case is of SpiceJet flight SG 9282. This plane traveling from Delhi to Mumbai was about to depart from IGIA on Monday and had to return to Delhi Airport once again after a while.

Even before the takeoff of the flight, a scuffle between two women travelers sitting in the aircraft. The scuffle continued so much that they began to hit the cockpit. This stirred up a sense of commotion in the whole flight. Crew members and many passengers attempted to pacify the women. Even the pilot announced that they should sit in their seats, but none of this worked for the two women.

When the women tried to open the cockpit, the pilot finally decided to divert the flight. The flight was again diverted towards IGAI, and at Delhi airport, the women were taken off the plane and handed over to CISF. Shortly after this, the plane took off for Mumbai.

Giving information about the incident, SpiceJet spokesperson said, "On July 14, two passengers created a ruckus in flight SG 9282 going from Delhi to Mumbai. Both tried to open the cockpit. The cabin crew, co-passengers, and the captain requested them to sit on the seat, but they did not listen to anyone. Keeping in mind the safety of all the passengers, the captain decided to return the flight, and the women were handed over to CISF present at Delhi airport."
