A painful road accident took place in Odisha early Friday morning. 8 people died in a tragic road accident on NH-20 in Keonjhar district. At the same time, 7 people have been seriously injured and have been admitted to the hospital. Eight people, including three women and a child, were killed and several others injured when their van collided with a parked truck in Odisha's Keonjhar district early Friday, police said.
The accident occurred on National Highway 20 near Balijodi village in the Ghatgaon area when the people traveling in the vehicle were going to visit a temple. In this accident, seven people died on the spot, while another one died in the hospital. It is being told that two family members were going to see Maa Tarini. This accident happened just three kilometers away from Tarini temple.
In this tragic road accident, eight people have died, while seven have been seriously injured. Five of the injured are being treated at Keonjhar District Headquarters Hospital, while the others were shifted to SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack as their condition deteriorated.
