Google has announced a strategic partnership with the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) to increase access to quality education across India. The partnership aims to empower students, teachers, and parents by providing engaging and accessible educational content.

YouTube Learning Director of Product Management Jonathan Katzman said in a Google blog post, "Learning has always been at the core of YouTube. In India, where accessible education is key to unlocking the country's potential, YouTube can play an important role in making learning content more accessible through innovative partnerships, tools, and resources.

Under this initiative, NCERT will launch several YouTube channels in the next few months. These will cover students starting from class 1 up to class 12. These channels will provide the students with educational content in as many as 29 Indian languages, including Indian Sign Language for different categories of students.
