ASUS Pad (T3201) Debuts With 12.2-Inch OLED Display and Dimensity 8300 Chip

ASUS has launched its latest product named the ASUS Pad (T3201). This device brings ASUS back into the tablet market after an extended absence from the same. ASUS Pad supports Android 16 OS and offers great display capability, portability, and connectivity within the ecosystem. The key specifications of this device include:

• The biggest highlight of the device is the 12.2-inch 2.8K dual-layer OLED display with a 144 Hz refresh rate. It makes use of two OLED emission layers one above the other.
• This dual-layer structure helps reduce power consumption while also extending the life of the display panel. The maximum brightness of the display reaches 600 nits.
• The processor used here is the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 chipset on a 4 nm fabrication process.
• It has 8 GB LPDDR5X RAM along with a storage capacity of either 128GB or 256GB.

For wireless connectivity, the tablet supports WiFi 6E and Bluetooth® 5.3, providing high-speed internet access and low latency for cloud-based apps. Regarding the camera, the tablet features a 5MP front camera and a 13MP rear camera.

The tablet also packs a large 9,000 mAh battery, designed to handle a variety of everyday tasks. The tablet also supports 45W USB-C fast charging, allowing the battery to be charged up to 50% in approximately 30 minutes. However, the company has not yet provided any information about pricing and availability.
