New Zealand recorded a convincing win in the fourth T20 match against India in Visakhapatnam on Wednesday. New Zealand finally managed to win a match in the series, and it was a 50-run win in the fourth T20 match. However, India has already won the series. India’s captain, Suryakumar Yadav, looked very sad after losing the match. He said, "I wanted the boys to take responsibility, but I regret losing by 50 runs."
Surya said after the match, "I think we deliberately played six batsmen. We wanted to have five perfect bowlers and challenge ourselves." For example, if we're chasing 200 or 180 and we wanted to see how it feels if we lose two or three wickets? But, at the end of the day, that's fine, and we wanted to play all the players who are part of the World Cup squad. Otherwise, we would have played other players.
Regarding the decision to bat later after winning the toss, he said, "When we've batted first, we've batted very well. So, I wanted the boys to take responsibility for how we bat if we're chasing 180 or 200 and two or three wickets fall."
