Bangalore (Karnataka) [India] October 22 : A silent struggle unfolds daily in most coaching institutes in India. Coaching Centres, Sports academies, and Exam preparation institutes – numbering around 7.7 lakhs across the country are struggling to grow. This challenge has long been overlooked, affecting 62% of the market. That’s when the Nurture CRM, a need-of-the-hour solution, was launched in 2022 by Akademe Edify Tech Solutions Private Limited, backed by InnVentures.

“We saw an overlooked space in this sector,” says Anand PV, Founder and CEO of Nurture App. “Institutes were drowning in administrative tasks, struggling with fee collection and scalable tech infrastructure. We asked ourselves, ‘How can we help these educators to focus on what they do best – teaching?'”

The answer came from the Nurture App, a comprehensive CRM solution designed exceptionally for online and offline institutes. This platform addresses the industry’s fundamental issues, bridging between what’s good for institutes and what’s suitable for students.

Shailesh Gambhir, Founder and CTO, explains the app’s approach: “We’re a people-driven organisation providing tech-driven solutions. We work to simplify complex processes, making them accessible to even the most tech-hesitant educators.”

The impact of the Nurture App has been instantaneous and profound. Ankit Jain, Director of Champions Shooting Academy, shares, “Great app for sports enthusiasts. The interface is swift and allows quick and easy bookings of new members. Students seem to be well-informed about reminders made through the app. Keep up the good work, Nurture.”

This sentiment is echoed across various educational sectors. Nitin Khandelwal, founder of QIFM, describes the app as a “game-changer,” praising its easy integration of daily operations from student enrollment to financial management.

“It’s been a few months that we have been using Nurture app services,” Amrita Praseeda of Soundkraft shared. “It was a random find, and I am extremely happy that we have this association. Very user-friendly app, and it’s helping us to manage our database and payments pretty well and evolving every day with new features. Special kudos to the team, which is always available to help us out without delay. Wishing the team the very best.”

What sets Nurture apart is its commitment to mutual growth. “We want to profit with our members, not from them,” Anand shares. This philosophy is reflected in their business model, which doesn’t rely on onboarding fees, migration fees, or customer requirements.

The app’s success stories are numerous. Surya Rajendran of Southern Stock Academy notes, “Since implementing the CRM, we can easily track our leads and pending payments and analyse the overall performance of our sales team.”

Akademe Edify Tech Solutions has ambitious plans for expansion and scaling. “We’re working to ease tomorrow’s challenges,” Shailesh says. The team is working on enhancing the app’s features, freeing educators to focus on what matters most – shaping the minds of tomorrow.
