Nothing Ear 3 launched with Super Mic and Talk Back feature; Know details
The Nothing Ear 3 has now been officially launched, and the company has launched it in the global market. This new TWS earphone features advanced features like a Super Mic Talk button, real-time ANC, and up to 38 hours of battery life. It also features a transparent design with a metal touch. Pricing varies in each market. It will be launched in India soon.

The Nothing Ear 3 was launched in select global markets on Thursday. The charging case includes a Super Mic that provides clear calling by canceling out noise up to 95dB and can be instantly activated with the Talk button. Users can record voice notes directly from the case, which will be automatically transcribed in Essential Space. However, this feature is only compatible with Nothing OS phones. The TWS earphones support 45dB real-time adaptive ANC, and the company claims a total playback time of up to 38 hours, including the case.
Nothing Ear 3 cost GBP 179 (around Rs. 21,500). They cost EUR 179 (around Rs. 18,700) in some European countries. In the US, these TWS earbuds can be purchased for $179 (around Rs. 15,800). These earbuds are available in black and white color variants.
The company has confirmed that global pre-orders for the Nothing Ear 3 will open on September 18th on the Nothing website and at select partner stores, while open sale will begin in select regions on September 25th. This TWS headset will also launch in India soon, but the company has not yet announced a date.
The Nothing Ear 3's charging case features a new Super Mic feature, which claims to cancel noise up to 95dB and is activated with the Talk button. Users can record voice notes, which will be synced to Essential Space and automatically transcribed on Nothing OS-supported phones. Each earbud features three directional microphones and a bone-conduction voice pickup unit for precise voice capture. AI noise cancellation reduces wind noise by up to 25dB.
The Ear 3 earphones feature real-time adaptive ANC, which claims to block noise up to 45dB. It adjusts to the environment every 600 milliseconds and tracks fit and leakage every 1,875 milliseconds. It features upgraded 12mm dynamic drivers with a patterned diaphragm that increases radiating area by 20 percent. This boosts bass by 4–6dB and treble by 4dB, making the soundstage wider, mids richer, and highs clearer.
Connectivity on the Nothing Ear 3 is Bluetooth 5.4, which supports LDAC for high-res audio and offers low latency of less than 120ms for gaming and video. They connect smoothly with Fast Pair on Android, Swift Pair on Windows, and iOS devices. Users can customize controls via the Nothing X app, which also includes Essential Space and ChatGPT functions.
Each Nothing Ear 3 earbud packs a 55mAh battery, claimed to deliver up to 10 hours of listening time. With the charging case, the total playback time extends to 38 hours. A 10-minute USB Type-C quick charge provides up to 10 hours of use, and the case also supports wireless charging.
The Nothing Ear 3's case features a transparent design with metal accents and a 0.35mm MIM antenna, which claims to increase power by 15 percent and signal sensitivity by 20 percent. The charging case is made from 100 percent recycled aluminum, which is nano-injection molded to create a compact unibody design. Both the earbuds and case come with an IP54 rating, meaning they are dust and water-resistant.
