India will serve as the chairperson of the preparations to strengthen cooperation among BRICS women entrepreneurs
India will focus on increasing cooperation among women entrepreneurs during its presidency of the BRICS organization, as was done in the G-20. New programs will be launched for women entrepreneurs in technology and entrepreneurship in collaboration with BRICS CCI V. A program called BRICS CCI V Wise will help women entrepreneurs of member countries to share experiences and formulate business strategies.
The manner in which India took extra pains to establish greater harmony among G-20 women entrepreneurs during its presidency of 2023, the same will be done this time under the presidency of the BRICS organization.
For this purpose, certain new programs will be announced to enhance collaboration among women entrepreneurs of BRICS member nations in technology and entrepreneurship in association with the 'BRICS CCI V' organization. Since the number of BRICS member countries is on the rise in number, the government also feels it is right to urge Indian women entrepreneurs to form cooperation in these nations.
Earlier BRICS had India, Brazil, China, Russia and South Africa but now Iran, UAE, Indonesia, Ethiopia and Egypt are its new members. At least two dozen more countries want to become its members. All these countries are rapidly progressing economically.
