Baytu. Former Revenue Minister and Baytu MLA, Harish Choudhary, marked a significant moment by inaugurating the newly established Gram Panchayat Nimba ki Dhani in the Gida Panchayat Samiti. The inauguration took place in the presence of Pareu Mahant Omkar Bharti, garnering enthusiasm from the local community. During his address as the chief guest at the event, MLA Harish Choudhary emphasized the pivotal role of Gram Panchayats in driving development, serving as the initial link in the chain of progress for common people. These Gram Panchayats act as mini secretariats where various public services are administered.

Harish Choudhary mentioned that in the last elections, owing to the strong voter turnout from Baytu, he became a member of the Reorganization Committee of Gram Panchayats. This committee played a crucial role in addressing the population-related challenges faced by scattered hamlets within the village. Thanks to the collaborative effort, rules were relaxed, and 36 new Gram Panchayats were formed in the Baytu Assembly.

In a gesture of goodwill, Baytu MLA Harish Choudhary inaugurated six newly established revenue villages within Dhani Gram Panchayat Nimba. Additionally, he unveiled the approved asphalt roads, underlining the Baytu Assembly's commitment to development, encompassing essential elements such as water, roads, revenue villages, and educational institutions.

MLA Choudhary's visit was marked by a grand procession, where he and his supporters embarked on a tractor rally from Gida to Nimba ki Dhani. A total of 70 tractors, including two DJs, formed part of the enthusiastic procession, culminating in a warm welcome from the local youth.

Dhani Sarpanch Gawari Devi of Nimba expressed her gratitude to the guests, and several key figures including Barmer District Chief Mahendra Chaudhary, Gida Pradhan Janaki Chaudhary, and Dasania Sarpanch Ruparam Berad, addressed the gathering. The event was attended by Sarpanches from various Panchayats in Gida, along with public representatives and villagers.

Prior to this inauguration, MLA Harish Choudhary also marked the opening of the newly upgraded Government Higher Secondary School in Manpura Kharda, including the inauguration of newly constructed additional classrooms. These initiatives reflect the commitment to holistic development in the Baytu Assembly.
