Ishant Sharma ready to wreak havoc, will play for Old Delhi 6 along with Rishabh Pant in Delhi Premier League

The Old Delhi 6 fast bowler is keen to take the field once again and display his prowess for Ishant Sharma in the ongoing Delhi Premier League (DPL) here at Arun Jaitley Stadium, New Delhi. Old Delhi 6 will clash with East Delhi Riders on Tuesday and West Delhi Lions the following day. Ishant, who last played white ball cricket in IPL 2024, will now be seen playing for DPL.

Ishant said in a statement, "The preparation for the DPL has been good. After the IPL, I did not get much time to practice. Just have to do a little preparation for my franchise and then you will see me performing brilliantly on the field." Ishant is guiding the young players through his vast experience. The young players of Old Delhi 6 are making the most of their journey with Ishant Sharma. Ishant said last week, "My message to the young players is to keep working hard and believe in your abilities, this format can be challenging but if you believe in your abilities and work hard you can do wonders in any format."
