In a glittering finale held in Jaipur, Rajasthan, Rhea Singha from Gujarat has been crowned Miss Universe India 2024. At just 19 years old, Rhea now prepares to represent India on the global stage at the Miss Universe 2024 pageant. The event, filled with glamour and excitement, took place on Sunday, with Rhea stealing the show and hearts with her grace and confidence.

Rhea, who describes herself as a “TEDx Speaker | Actor” on her Instagram bio, was visibly emotional after her win. Reflecting on her journey, she told ANI, “Today I won the title of Miss Universe India 2024. I am so thankful. I have done so much work to get to this level where I can consider myself worthy enough for this crown. I am so inspired by the previous winners.” Her words echoed the immense dedication she poured into achieving this milestone.

Rhea wowed the audience and judges in multiple rounds. For the grand finale, she stunned in a shimmering peach-golden gown. In the swimsuit round, she dazzled in a metallic red bikini, and during the costume round, she made a bold cultural statement by carrying a Shivling, dressed in a striking white-red-yellow outfit with a veil.

The crown was placed on her head by none other than Miss Universe India 2015, Urvashi Rautela, who served as a judge at the event. The ‘Taj Mahal’ crown, a special symbol of India’s beauty and heritage, was a fitting prize for the new titleholder. Urvashi expressed her joy and confidence in India’s new contender, saying, “The winners are mind-blowing. I am hopeful that India will win the Miss Universe crown again this year.”

As Rhea prepares for the international stage, the nation will be watching closely, hoping she brings the Miss Universe crown home once again.
