DA VINCI: GENIUS – THE IMMERSIVE ART EXPERIENCE Wows Mumbai with a Spectacular Debut

A special preview was organized for the media before the public opening. During the event, several celebrities shared their excitement about the immersive experience  in media interactions. Many expressed admiration for the unique way it blended art and technology, making it engaging for both art lovers and younger audiences who might not typically visit traditional museums.

Tabish F. Khan, Director of Theia Enterprise India, shared his enthusiasm, stating, “This is India’s first immersive experience of this scale. It’s not just about entertainment but about sparking curiosity and conversation.” Rakesh Rathi, Chairman of Black Tie Production, highlighted the innovative nature of the show, saying, “This event sets a new benchmark for large-scale events in India. It’s more than just a display; it’s an experience.” Chetan Chouhan, CEO of Black Tie Production, stated “Indian audiences are now looking for distinctive experiences that go beyond traditional concerts, clubs, and stand-up comedy. This event marks a step in that direction, and the company aims to introduce many more such groundbreaking events in India.”

Visitors were treated to a mesmerizing 360-degree soundscape, with music curated by British Grammy Award-nominated DJ SASHA, perfectly complementing the visuals. The AI-driven features, such as interacting with da Vinci’s works like The Mona Lisa, were a highlight, adding a modern twist to the historical content.

The visually mesmerizing experience  also showcased da Vinci’s groundbreaking scientific innovations and designs, such as a prototype helicopter, alongside over 20,000 words from his notebooks. This deeper dive into da Vinci’s life provided a new perspective on his work, inspiring audiences of all ages.

The opening night created waves in Mumbai, and the art show is set to travel to other major cities, including Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Kolkata, over the next two years.
