EICMA 2024: Kawasaki can launch adventure bike 'KLE' in the year 2025
EICMA 2024: Kawasaki has introduced its new bike at the EICMA 2024 trade show in Milan, Italy. The company has kept it inside a box and has shown only the front part. At the same time, it is written on the box 'Life is a rally. Ride it' and 'KLE'. The company has brought a bike named KLE from 1991 to 2007. Let's know about it.
Italy's Milan is hosting EICMA 2024 right now. Nearly every two-wheeler manufacturer has presented their next models at this trade show. Kawasaki plans to expand its adventure bike offering with this new model. The company has shown only a glimpse of this bike. It was partially placed in a box with the words "Life is a rally" printed on it. "KLE" and "Ride It."
Kawasaki used to sell a bike called KLE from 1991 to 2007. From this, it is being speculated that the company is going to reintroduce the brand KLE. In this bike, one can see a 500cc parallel-twin touring engine. The front parts on its front side are shown only in the booth-cum-box in that it was kept at EICMA 2024. In which 21-inch spoke wheels are seen on its front side. While its name can be KLE500, it should be more of an adventure bike compared to before. This bike can be made in such a way that it can handle on-road and light off-road conditions with much ease. The KLE adventure bike can be kept much off-road focused.
Currently, Kawasaki has two parallel-twin liquid-cooled engine bikes lining up-which are 650 and 500. Considering its predecessor, the new KLE can be seen inheriting the same 451cc parallel twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine found on the Ninja 500. The engine in the Kawasaki Ninja generates 45bhp and 42.6Nm of peak torque. After having a glimpse at EICMA 2024, it is expected that it can be launched in 2025 globally.
Earlier this year in 2024, its Ninja 1000 SX and Versys 1000 bikes were discontinued. At the same time, now Kawasaki has introduced the new, larger Ninja 1100 and Versys 1100 models at the EICMA trade show in Italy. Its bigger bike has been given a new 1,099cc four-cylinder engine rated at 32bhp. The company can launch it in the Indian market in the year 2025.
