Updated Chetak electric scooter is going to be launched soon, know what changes will happen

Bajaj Auto is all set to launch the Chetak electric scooter in an updated avatar in the coming times. If media reports are to be believed, the updated Chetak electric scooter will have more advanced, features and equipped with a larger battery pack than before.

Depending on the Premium trim, it will include a larger 3.2kWh battery pack, capable of delivering an ARAI-certified range of 126 km. Apart from this, a new TFT color display can be found in it, which is about 5-7 inches. It offers smart TFT smartphone connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation capabilities.

If media reports are to be believed, the new Bajaj Chetak Urban variant can replace the existing premium trim. It is expected to have a 2.9kWh battery pack, this scooter is capable of giving a range of 113 km on a single charge. There will be 5 km more high speed than the current model. The dimensions of the scooter remain unchanged, length at 1894 mm, width at 725 mm, height at 1132 mm, and wheelbase at 1330 mm. However, the new premium variant is expected to be lighter by around 3 kg.
