It is in the 160 cc naked bike segment that TVS Motors has launched an updated version of the TVS Apache RTR 160 4V bike in the Indian market. The update has added some new features and technology to the motorcycle from the company.
TVS Apache 4-stroke RTR 160 4V bike has a 159.7 cc capacity oil-cooled fuel-injected 4-valve engine. Due to that, the bike gets 17.55 PS of power and 14.73 Newton-meter torque.
Some amazing features are provided on the bike. Amongst them, the first 37 mm USD fork is provided in the segment. Besides this, it has provided three modes for riding the bike, which include Sport, Urban, and Rain modes. SmartXonnect technology by TVS is provided in the bike. By using this technology, Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, call, and SMS alerts are available, along with voice assistance. The bike also features GTT technology, making it easier to use in traffic; the adjustable clutch and levers add to the convenience. In terms of safety, the bike has been given Bullpup exhaust with RLP, LED headlight, and tail lamp with dual channel ABS.
