MWC 2025 launched two new smartphones with bypass charging and big battery, which are special for gaming
MWC 2025: Nubia Neo 3 5G was introduced along with Nubia Neo 3 GT 5G during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025. Both smartphones have a gamer-centric cyber-mecha design with RGB lighting on the back. Nubia Neo 3 supports bypass charging and also has a 50MP dual rear camera setup at its rear. Nubia Neo 3 5G was launched along with Nubia Neo 3 GT 5G during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 on Tuesday. The two devices feature a 'gamer-focused' cyber-mecha design along with backlit RGB lights. The devices are equipped with dual shoulder triggers to further augment the user experience along with the AI Game Space 3.0 capability. The new Nubia Neo 3 devices feature bypass charging along with a 50-megapixel dual camera system at the back. The GT version has a 4083mm² VC cooling system along with multi-layer heat dissipation.
The Nubia Neo 3 5G will be priced at EUR 249 (approximately Rs. 23,000), while the Nubia Neo 3 GT 5G will be priced at EUR 299 (approximately Rs. 27,700). The company has officially made the announcement via a press release that the handsets will be going on sale in some regions in late March. The 5G standard model will be made available in Cyber Silver, Shadow Black, and Titanium Gold. The GT model will be made available in Electro Yellow and Interstellar Grey.
The Nubia Neo 3 5G features a 6.8-inch display that comes with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness levels up to 1,000 nits. At the same time, the Nubia Neo 3 GT 5G has a 6.8-inch full-HD + (1080x2392 pixels) AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1,200Hz instant touch sampling rate and peak brightness level up to 1,300nits.
The Nubia Neo 3 5G draws power from a Unisoc T8300 processor, which is paired with 8GB of RAM. Whereas, the Nubia Neo 3 GT 5G has a Unisoc T9100 chipset, which comes with 12GB of RAM. Both of them support up to 12GB of additional virtual RAM. They have AI Game Space 3.0 features and dual gaming shoulder triggers. The GT variant also has a 4083mm² VC cooling system.
In the camera department, the Nubia Neo 3 5G series sports a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor at the back. On the front, there is a 16-megapixel shooter for selfies.
The Nubia Neo 3 5G and Neo 3 GT 5G pack a 6,000mAh battery. The base model supports 33W, while the GT version supports 80W wired fast charging. Both also feature bypass charging. For security, these phones feature an in-display fingerprint sensor.
