34-year-old Aamani Reddy is married for seven years and is a mother to a wonderful five-year-old daughter. Having graduated from BITS Pilani with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, she went on to pursue an MBA at Singapore Management University. Over the course of her career, she has gained valuable insight and a deep appreciation for diverse cultures around the world.
The journey of life involved ebbs and flows for Aamani, and at 24, she experienced a significant turning point. The loss of a loved one triggered a two-year struggle with chronic depression. With the unwavering support of her family and professional guidance, Aamani overcame this immense obstacle and decided to focus on her Health and Wellness journey, embracing a lifestyle centred on self-improvement and positivity.
