Recently, India Mobile Congress 2024 (IMC) concluded that India is considered to be the future global leader in Artificial Intelligence. During this four-day conference, over 750 AI-based applications, services, and applications were presented. These could not only significantly impact the lives of average Indians in the future, but also help to improve Indian technology's standing globally.

According to IMC, it is hard to find young Indian professionals working in AI in any other country. According to Ramakrishna P, CEO of IMC, India's fast-expanding economy, 140 crore people, including a sizable youth population, and the vast number of students pursuing technical education are some of the elements that would position India as a global leader in artificial intelligence. The rate at which AI is entering the lives of average Indians is also reflected in the speed at which Indian telecom companies are using it.

However, the goal of this invasion is to raise the standard of communication services and the degree of service provided to regular consumers. Airtel's AI-based detection tools will help millions of consumers by preventing spam calls and messages. Vodafone Idea has also shown that it is possible to send real-time diagnostic information over its fast network. Patients in faraway locations will benefit from being able to video chat with doctors.

For less than Rs250, this solution provides over 30 medical tests, including blood and vital checks. AI is going to be crucial in this as well. AI-enabled marketing bots were provided by an Indian AI business, which will help address important concerns including mental wellness. Other startups at the same time provided de-addiction programs driven by AI.

The world-renowned fabless semiconductor company, MediaTek has stated that it is dedicated to introducing extremely low-cost AI-based chipsets in India. According to the company, India is a significant market for it, and it is concentrating on offering its services to Indian clients using AI-based solutions. The company is working to develop an ecosystem in India that offers hardware and software with artificial intelligence (AI) in everything from computers to cellphones.
