Head hits seat of Kiran plane, Air Force officer dies

In Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana, an Indian Air Force officer perished in an accident. According to the Indian Air Force, Harveer Chaudhary, a corporal, was working on the U-736 Kiran aircraft. In the meantime, the seat in front of her abruptly opened, causing her to jump quickly and hit her head. The corporal passed away immediately after the accident because it was so bad.

Indian Air Force officials notified Hyderabad's Alwal Police as soon as they learned of this. Once Hyderabad Police arrived on the scene, they sent the body to the hospital for a post-mortem examination. Officials from the Indian Air Force have also begun their investigation. Notable is the fact that Kiran is an Air Force training aircraft. Through this, Stage 2 training is given to Air Force pilots.

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited developed Kiran for the Indian Air Force. The aircraft took its first flight in 1964. Until now this aircraft has been used to train Indian Air Force pilots.
