The Transalp 750 Adventure Tourer, priced at Rs 5.9 lakh ex-showroom, was introduced to the Indian market by Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India. The CB500X will be replaced in the lineup by this new ADV. We will be discussing five topics about the recently released Honda NX500.

The Honda NX500 shares its engine with the CB500X. It is a liquid-cooled, parallel-twin 471 cc engine. Its 4-stroke DOHC design allows it to generate a peak torque of 43 Nm at 6,500 rpm and 46.5 bhp of power at 8,600 rpm. It has a 6-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch included.

Honda is using a steel diamond-tube mainframe, suspended by Showa 41mm SFF-BP upside-down forks at the front and a Pro-Link mono-shock at the rear with a 5-stage preload adjuster.

Two 296 mm front discs with a two-piston calliper up front and a 240 mm disc with a single piston calliper down back handle braking duties. Dual-chain ABS is included as standard.

The NX500 features Honda RoadSync as well as a 5-inch TFT full-color TFT screen. This functionality is accessible on both iOS and Android. Turn-by-turn navigation and music/voice controls are features that you can enjoy with this.

Additionally, Honda sells a traction control system known as Honda Selectable Torque Control. It also features an emergency stop signal and all-LED lighting.

The Honda NX500 was introduced to the Indian market via the completely built unit, or CBU, route. Because of this, the price of NX500 is Rs 5.90 lakh ex-showroom. Booking of this motorcycle is open only at Honda's Bigwing dealership.

Honda is offering its NX500 in three colour options. These include Grand Prix Red, Matte Gunpowder Black Metallic and Pearl Horizon White.
