The fourth Test between India and Australia will be played at the Melbourne Cricket Ground from Boxing Day i.e. Thursday, 26 December. Host Australia has announced its playing XI with two changes a day before. Now all eyes are on India's playing XI. Looking at the pitch, Pat Cummins has decided to come with the same bowling combination in the Melbourne Test as well, which was seen in the previous matches. In such a situation, Indian captain Rohit Sharma will also hardly make any changes in the bowling combination. Yet, still, there could be a change.

There is no scope for change in India's batting order. Though, some changes can be seen in the bowling line-up. No other than Jasprit Bumrah, nobody has been able to do anything special in this bowling, but again Rohit Sharma would like to go with the same fast bowling attack. In the same way, the spin department has been a worry for India. Though Ravindra Jadeja batted well in the last match, his performance with the ball was very ordinary. In such a situation, Washington Sundar is likely to get a chance in his place.

India's probable playing 11 for the Boxing Day Test: KL Rahul, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma (captain), Rishabh Pant, Washington Sundar, Nitish Reddy, Mohammad Siraj, Jasprit Bumrah and Akash Deep.
