Indian cricketer Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who is 13 years old and got famous during the IPL 2025 mega auction, has set a new record. Actually, he has now become the youngest player to play a List-A match.

He made his List-A cricket debut for Bihar against Madhya Pradesh in the Vijay Hazare Trophy 2024-25. He is making one record after another, as before this he became the youngest player to play in the Ranji Trophy and then for India's Under-19 team.

At the age of 13 years and 269 days, Vaibhav Suryavanshi played his first List-A match for Bihar. With this, he became the youngest player to play List-A cricket, leaving behind Ali Akbar. Ali Akbar created history by making his List-A debut for Vidarbha in 1999-2000 at the age of 14 years and 51 days.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi, however, played a disappointing debut match at the Vijay Hazare Trophy and he was already out after scoring 4 runs in 2 balls against Madhya Pradesh. Bihar in its Group-E match starting line-up against Madhya Pradesh - Hyderabad could not even be at the crease to complete 50 overs and was reduced just for 196 runs running 46.4 overs. Avesh Khan of Madhya Pradesh gave away 3 wickets in this match.

While the target was achieved in reaching 197 runs by the loss of 4 wickets in 25.1 overs, for Madhya Pradesh, captain Rajat Patidar contributed 55 runs in 33 balls, while wicketkeeper-batsman Harsh Gawli scored 83 runs in 63 balls, including 11 fours and 1 six.

Rajasthan Royals bought Vaibhav Suryavanshi for Rs 1.10 crore in the IPL 2025 mega auction and thus he became the youngest crorepati player in the history of the IPL. But more than the possibility of being the youngest player in the IPL 2025, this player is excited to play for Rajasthan Royals under the guidance of Rahul Dravid.
