Suryakumar Yadav close to creating history in T20 cricket, records of Kohli and Babar in danger

The first match of the 5-match T20 series will be played between India and Australia today on 23 November. This match will start at 7 pm at Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Stadium, Visakhapatnam. After the injury of Hardik Pandya, Suryakumar Yadav is taking command of Team India. In this series, Surya can break the big record of Virat Kohli. He is very close to breaking this record. If Surya gets two big innings with his bat, he can create history. Not only this, Surya also has a chance to break the world records of Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan.

Suryakumar Yadav is currently the number-one batsman in T20 cricket. Everyone has seen Surya's explosive batting in T20. Surya has a chance to become the fastest to score 2000 runs in the five-match T20 series against Australia. He has so far scored 1841 runs in 50 innings of this shortest format.

Whereas Pakistan's Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan had completed 2000 runs in 52-52 innings. If Suryakumar Yadav scores 159 runs in the next two innings then he can equal Babar-Rizwan. If he does this feat in one innings, he will break the world record. But, not possible.

Suryakumar also has a chance to break Virat Kohli's record. Kohli holds the record for the fastest 2000 runs in T20 for India. Kohli had completed 2000 runs in 56 innings. If Surya scores 159 runs in this series, he will leave Virat Kohli behind and become the fastest batsman to score 2000 runs in T20 for India.

During this period, he has scored 3 centuries and 15 half-centuries. He is the world's number-one batsman in the ICC T20 rankings with 863 points.
