Recovery agent beaten by house owner and got bitten by dog when went to collect credit card installment at wrong address

The victim, employed as a recovery agent in a private bank, had inadvertently reached the wrong house for credit card recoveries. The recovery agent had reached the wrong house, since the landlord's name was the same as that of the actual defaulter. The agent had not taken the customer's photograph, owing to which this error was committed.
Strongly objecting to the arrival of the recovery agent, the accused landlord said that the bank does not owe him any money. After this, an argument started between the two, and the angry landlord beat up the agent. During this time, the accused had also left his dog open, which bit the agent's leg. Police said that the case has been registered after the complaint of the recovery agent.
