JSW Infra IPO: JSW Infrastructure's shares will be listed tomorrow, subscribed 37 times
JSW Infra IPO shares will be listed on October 3. This will be the second IPO to be listed in the T+2 timeline. Before this, only RR Cable's IPO was listed on the T+2 timeline. The IPO of SW Infrastructure was open from 25th September to 27th September. Its issue size was Rs 2800 crore and it was a completely fresh issue.
Shares of JSW Infrastructure, the country's second-largest private port company, may be listed on Tuesday (October 3, 2023). This will be the second IPO to be listed in the T+2 timeline. Before this, only RR Cable's IPO was listed on the T+2 timeline.
Market regulator SEBI has voluntarily implemented the T+3 timeline for companies launching IPOs from September 1. This new rule will become mandatory for all companies launching IPOs from December 1, 2023.
The IPO of JSW Infrastructure was opened from 25th September to 27th September. The allotment of the IPO was finalized on September 28.
This public issue of Rs 2800 crore was subscribed 37.37 times. The quota fixed for retail investors was subscribed 10.32 times. The quota for QIB was subscribed 57.09 times. The reserve quota for NII was subscribed 15.99 times.
The special thing about JSW Infrastructure is that it is a completely fresh issue. That means all the money received in the IPO will go to the company. The price band of the IPO was fixed at Rs 113 to Rs 119. Its lot size is 126 shares.
JM Financial, Axis Capital, Credit Suisse Securities (India), Dam Capital Advisors Ltd, HSBC Securities & Capital Markets Pvt Ltd, ICICI Securities, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company, and SBI Capital Markets Ltd are the book-running lead managers to the JSW Infrastructure IPO. Whereas, Kfin Technologies Limited is the IPO registrar.
