According to the latest Periodic Labor Force Survey (PLFS) conducted by the Ministry of Statistics and Program Implementation, Chandigarh had the lowest unemployment rate among graduates aged 15 years and above during 2022-23 at 5.6 percent. Delhi was in second place with 5.7 percent.
According to the data, Andaman and Nicobar Islands have the highest unemployment rate at 33 percent, followed by Ladakh at 26.5 percent and Andhra Pradesh at 24 percent.
