Apna Report: According to Apna's report, this increase in women's applications is due to better work options in areas like BPO, finance, human resources and education. Women's applications more than doubled in cities like Chandigarh, Indore and Jamshedpur. This is more than the growth rate of major metros.

Freshers and women require jobs the most. As per a report, 1.81 crore job applications have come to companies during the March quarter, which is higher by 30 percent compared to a year earlier. A record 62 lakh applications have come from women, 23 percent higher than last year.
According to Apna's report, this increase in women's applications is due to better work options in areas like BPO, finance, human resources and education. Women's applications more than doubled in cities like Chandigarh, Indore and Jamshedpur. This is more than the growth rate of major metros. Freshers have also received 66 lakh applications, which is 46% more than last year.
3.1 lakh jobs were posted in January-March. This is 26% more than last year. Companies like LIC, Paytm, and Flipkart posted 2.1 lakh jobs. There has been a 20 to 50 percent increase in talent from smaller cities like Warangal, Jabalpur and Prayagraj. From Delhi to Dehradun, India's recruitment landscape is being given a new look.
