Shares of Zee Media Corporation Ltd are likely to remain in focus after the company announced the allotment of 3,960 Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) to Sun India Opportunities Investing Fund.
In an exchange filing dated July 30, 2026, Zee Media said its Securities Issue and Allotment Committee approved the allotment of 3,960 unsecured, unlisted FCCBs of US$1,000 each on a private placement basis to the investor, following receipt of the subscription money.
