Shares of PC Jeweller Ltd are likely to remain in focus after the company announced another milestone in its debt reduction journey. The jewellery retailer informed the stock exchanges that it has successfully repaid all outstanding dues to one more consortium lender, taking the total number of banks fully repaid to five out of its 14 consortium banks.
According to the regulatory filing dated July 21, 2026, the repayment was made under the Settlement Agreement executed on September 30, 2024. The company stated that the latest repayment aligns with its objective of achieving a debt-free status during the current quarter.
PC Jeweller also highlighted that the outstanding dues of all five banks have been prepaid and discharged well ahead of their scheduled repayment dates, underscoring the company’s improving financial position and commitment to strengthening its balance sheet.
