Blue Cloud Softech Hits Upper Circuit as Investors Focus on SpaceX AI Services Agreement

Blue Cloud has been actively expanding its presence in artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, healthcare technology and digital transformation. Recent corporate announcements have strengthened market attention, particularly after the company disclosed that its U.S. subsidiary had entered into a five-year Master Services Agreement with SpaceX International, MY. Under the agreement, the subsidiary may provide AI infrastructure, cloud-native AI platforms, enterprise AI solutions, AI consulting, AI integration and related digital transformation services through future Statements of Work agreed between the parties. 

The development followed the company’s earlier disclosure that discussions with SpaceX International had initially been preliminary and non-binding, before the later announcement of the Master Services Agreement. 

Market participants also continue to watch Blue Cloud’s broader strategy, which includes significant planned investments in AI-native data centres and cloud infrastructure aimed at supporting India’s growing demand for artificial intelligence and high-performance computing. 

With today’s upper circuit move, investors will now look for further operational updates, including any Statements of Work or additional execution milestones under the announced agreement, as these could provide greater clarity on the commercial scale of the relationship.
