The Mahindra Vision S was premiered at the Freedom NU event. From that time on, it has been anticipated to be launched, which should happen shortly, as it has already been tested in India quite a few times. Recently, the vehicle has been spotted being tested in Manali.
The future model by Mahindra will have a boxy design with a square front and a completely flat bonnet. The prototype has circular headlights on the front side, as well as circular LED daytime running lights like those of the Mahindra Thar Roxx. It is provided with a grille featuring vertical slats and square-shaped fog lamp housings.
The car's side profile features prominent square wheel arches, recessed flush door handles, and large alloy wheels. The car also features a roof, rear-mounted glass, large taillights, a flat rear windshield, and a spare wheel.
The cabin of the test mule hasn't been captured this time, but it has been seen in previous images. This upcoming Mahindra car is expected to feature a large panoramic sunroof, a dual-screen setup, and a unique design for the AC vents.
It is also expected to feature a three-spoke steering wheel, a dual-tone interior, seat ventilation and heating, hill descent control, a dual-zone climate control system, a drive mode selection option, and traction control.
The SUV's powertrain details are currently unclear. More details will emerge as the launch nears. However, the Mahindra Vision S is expected to be powered by a 1.2-liter turbo-petrol engine and a 1.4-liter turbo-diesel engine. Transmission options include a 6-speed manual, a 6-speed DCT, or an AMT.
