India is all set to embark upon its historic journey for entering into these three main trade deals including one with the USA. As per the information from the Commerce Ministry, India may enter into two such crucial trade deals during this year which will help in boosting up the export performance of the nation.

Of course, out of these deals, the most important deal is the trade deal between India and the USA, which is receiving worldwide attention.

Later in this month, India’s Commerce and Industry Minister Mr. Piyush Goyal will visit America. Mr. Goyal will represent India in the two-day G-20 Trade Ministerial Meeting that will start from September 30 in Milwaukee.

As per the information from the Commerce Secretary, there may be an important meeting between the ministers of both nations during this visit. India - USA Bilateral trade deal negotiation is among the top priority of this meeting. This high-level meeting will discuss the removal of tariffs, market access, and other trade barriers, which could elevate the economic relationship between the two countries to a new level.

In addition to the US, India is rapidly opening trade doors with other major global economies. According to the Commerce Ministry, negotiations on a trade agreement with New Zealand are in the final stages and are expected to be completed by mid-October. However, an official date has yet to be finalized.

The situation regarding a free trade agreement with the European Union is also quite clear. Officials say that an FTA with the EU is likely to be reached by the end of this year. It will then be submitted to the European Parliament for formal approval, after which it will be implemented.
