Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has introduced the new Black Edition version of its iconic retro motorcycle Honda CB350C. Launched ahead of the festive season of Diwali, the latest offering of the company is made specially for people who like their motorcycles with a dark finish along with a retro design. The new Honda CB350C Black Edition comes on the back of the existing STD version.

Talking about the prices according to which the bike is being offered, the standard variant is available for ₹200,300 (ex-showroom), the DLX variant for ₹202,700 (ex-showroom), the Special Edition for ₹204,700 (ex-showroom) and the new Black Edition for ₹2.32 lakh (ex-showroom).

The existing variants of the Honda CB350C were available in Pearl Igneous Black color variant but there was a chrome finish for many areas on the bike. On the other hand, in the case of the new Black Edition, the company has increased the blackened area and given a stealthier appearance to the bike.

The new Honda CB350C Black Edition features black finishes on several parts of the bike that were previously chrome or other colors. These include the front and rear fender support stays, the headlight cowl, and the lower part of the front telescopic fork. The horn and ORVMs have also been blackened.

The chrome plate bearing the Honda logo on the engine has also been blackened. These changes give the bike a more uniform and darker overall look. This could be particularly appealing to customers who prefer a less chrome and more black finish on their motorcycles.

However, the new Honda CB350C isn't a completely all-black motorcycle. It retains the chrome and silver finishes on some parts. Chrome elements are visible on the bike's exhaust, handlebars, and rear twin-shock suspension. The handlebar clamps are also finished in silver. Honda has updated its look while maintaining the bike's classic retro character. The combination of blacked-out parts and select chrome elements distinguishes it from the previous Pearl Igneous Black color.

The new Honda CB350C Black Edition features traditional round fenders. This design maintains the bike's classic look. Additionally, it features a slim pea-shooter-style exhaust, which complements its retro design. It's worth noting that the new variant features primarily cosmetic changes. Other than the design and finish updates, no major mechanical changes have been reported.
