Professionally, Bidesini serves as a Revenue Inspector with the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Odisha, while also balancing the many roles that define her personal life as a mother and a wife. Her achievements, however, have not come without challenges. Having risen from poverty, Bidesini's story is rooted in perseverance and hard work. She has continued to move forward despite the circumstances she faced earlier in life, building a professional identity and now stepping onto national and international platforms. Her participation in Miss P&I India was driven by a desire for personal growth and greater confidence, proving that the willingness to evolve and challenge oneself does not diminish with age.

Now in her fifties, Bidesini is preparing for another significant chapter as she has been appointed as an Indian representative at Mrs. Classic Universe, scheduled to take place in Malaysia this November. Her international appointment is a continuation of a journey that has already inspired many. At a time when society often places expectations and limitations on women based on their age or circumstances, Bidesini continues to demonstrate that experience can become a source of strength and that every stage of life can bring new opportunities. She hopes that young girls and women will look at her journey and recognise the importance of becoming self-dependent, confident and financially independent.
